Last flight on the way home from Peru.

Dear friends. I’m thrilled to be writing to you on the week of Thanksgiving to express our heartfelt thanks to God for you! God has done an amazing work and has been so kind to us as we walked through this process of restoration.

Restoration:

I am pleased to tell you that with the support of our sending church and ABWE we have made the transition to serve in North America and I’m excited to tell you about what that looks like towards the end of this letter.

What Changed?

In early 2024, God began to move in Debbie and I’s hearts. We knew that our time in Peru was going to come to a close sooner than we had ever anticipated. God showed us that our giftedness could be used in an expanded way. In Peru, we had helped in a variety of ways, all leading to a place where the church would gain a heart and a vision for what church planting could look like in Peru. We watched God move, and the work of church planting is now well under way.

Pray that God opens doors to share the gospel with Gabe in his native tongue, Spanish!

So What NOW?

Church Planting assessment and equipping.

God has granted us the unique ability to serve in this way. By first, helping in the founding of our sending church, Living Waters, and again with the upcoming church plant from Vida Nueva in Lima, Peru. Doing the work of assessments and equipping towards church planting has a thousand tasks with 2 main goals.

1.       More people more like Jesus.

2.       Gospel centered churches planting gospel centered churches.

Though now based in the us, I will continue to travel in and out of South America as well as locations stateside to help assess and equip for the work of church planting. Though not a lead church planter, God has called us to help those men launch, and by God’s grace, launch well.

Prayer

1.   For our kids as they continue to adjust to life in the US. For Tate and Wren, that they would come to faith in Christ.

2.    That we would have great connection with you guys, our supporters and sending churches. Our meeting schedule is filling, and we are trying to make the rounds with all of you over the next few months.

3.       That our support would grow. Unfortunately, we are down about 20% of our support. We praise the Lord for the 80% we have and are trusting God will move in his people to support our work 100%. 4.       Pray for souls to be saved. In all of our focus to help promote, encourage, and equip in the work of church planting, we do this so that some might be saved. Pray the Lord produce fruit as only He does.

5. For a home. We are so blessed to be living in missionary housing at present, but we are praying the Lord provide the right home in the months to come.
