Ministry Update

We’re so grateful for your continued prayers and generosity—it’s a joy to serve as your missionaries with the Live Global team of ABWE.

After the recent trip to Arequipa, Peru, we began mentoring a small group of men in the Horacio Zeballos region. God is moving powerfully as these men grow in their love for Christ and desire to reach their community. Their local church is already seeing renewed health and focus through prayer and fasting—praise God!

In March, I had the unique opportunity to preach in English for the first time in two years—five times across four churches, three in Illinois! It was a blessing to reconnect with old friends and encourage local pastors, reminding us all that the mission field includes our own neighborhoods.

As spring winds down, our ministry continues to expand. We're now discipling leaders in three regions and planning short-term, high-impact trips. Locally, we’ve also been able to support a recovery ministry called Gospel Centered Recovery. By God’s grace, we helped lead a $100,000 renovation on a home that now serves as transitional housing for men coming out of addiction. Already, lives are being changed.

Next month, we move into our new home near the airport—a huge blessing for our travel-heavy schedule. We've already begun building relationships with neighbors, many of which are Spanish speaking, and are praying about launching a neighborhood Bible study this fall.
